Abstract
Amaç: Bu araştırmanın amacı, Kırşehir Ahi Evran Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi’ne yeni başlayan öğrencilerinin, demografik özellikleri
ve anestezi uygulamaları hakkında farkındalıklarını belirlemektir.
Araçlar ve Yöntem: Çalışmamız, 61 tıp fakültesi öğrencisi üzerinde yapılmıştır. Tıp eğitimi uzun, zor ve özverili çalışmayı
gerektirir. Toplumumuz da, anestezistlerin kim olduğunun ve tam olarak ne iş yaptığının farkındalığı azdır. Hatta halkımız,
anestezistlerin doktor olduğunu bile bilmemektedir. Bu nedenle doktor adayı öğrencilere anestezi hakkında sorular sorarak, bilgi
düzeyleri ölçüldü. Anket sonucu elde edilen veriler analiz edilmiş, karşılaştırma yapılmış ve incelenmiştir.
Bulgular: Çalışmamızda, Öğrencilerin farklı okullardan mezun oldukları ve mezuniyetlerinin anestezi bilgi düzeyini etkilediği hatta
yaşadıkları bölgenin bile ameliyat ve anestezi uygulamaları hakkındaki bilgilerini değiştirdiği ortaya kondu.
Sonuç: Anestezi hakkındaki bilgi düzeyi, birçok faktörden etkilenmektedir. Daha fazla eğitimin faydalı olacağı kanısına vardık

Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine their awareness of anesthesia practices and demographic characteristics of
students who are new to Ahi Evran University Faculty of Medicine.
Materials and Methods: Our work was done on 61 medical faculty students. Medical training is long, requires hard work and
dedication. Our society is also less aware of who the anesthetists are and what exactly they do. Even our people do not even know
that anesthetists are doctors. For this reason, students who will be physicians, asking questions about anesthesia, their level of
knowledge was measured.
Results: The results obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed, compared and examined. In our study, we found that students
graduated from different schools, graduation affects the level of anesthesia knowledge, even the area where they live has changed
their knowledge about surgery and anesthesia applications.
Conclusion: As a result, the level of knowledge about anesthesia is influenced by many factors. We were of the opinion that more
training would be beneficial.
