Abstract
Gebelikte ilaç kullanımı hem annenin,
hem de fetüsün sağlığını yakından ilgilendirmekte olup, birçok ilacın
potansiyel teratojenik etkisi ortaya konulamadığı için dikkatlice ele alınması
gereken bir konudur. Bu dönemde alınan ilaçlar direk fetüs üzerine etki ederek
fetotoksisiteye neden olmaktadır. Teratojenite riskinin olduğundan daha az
olarak değerlendirilmesi fetüste anomali riskini artırırken, olduğundan fazla
olarak değerlendirilmesi, annenin hastalığının yetersiz tedavi edilmesine veya
istenmesine rağmen gebeliğin sonlandırılmasına neden olabilmektedir. Akılcı
ilaç kullanımı; belirlenen doğru ilacın, doğru miktarda, doğru kişiye, doğru
zamanlamayla, yeterli bilgilendirme yapılarak verilmesidir. Gebelikte oluşan
fizyolojik değişiklikler ve ilaçların fetüs üzerinde yaptığı sonuçlar göz önüne
alınırsa akılcı ilaç kullanımının önemini, sağlık profesyonellerinin gebelikte
ilaç kullanımı konusunda gerekli bilgiye sahip olmasını ve bu konuda dikkatli
davranması gerektiğini ortaya koymaktadır. Bu derlemede; anne ve fetüsün
sağlığının korunmasında gebelikte akılcı ilaç kullanımının önemi ve ebenin rolü
literatür doğrultusunda incelenmiştir.

Abstract
Drug use in pregnancy is closely related to the health of both the mother and the fetus, and the potential teratogenic effect of many medicines can not be established. Drugs taken during this period directly affect the fetus and cause fetotoxicity. Considering less than the risk of teratogenicity increases the risk of fetal anomaly, which may lead to termination of pregnancy despite inadequate treatment or desire of the mother's disease. Using medicine with care; the correct amount of medication, the correct amount, the right person, the right timing, and adequate information. Given the physiological changes in pregnancy and the consequences of drugs on the fetus, the importance of rational drug use and the need for health professionals to have knowledge about drug use in pregnancy and to be careful in this regard. In this compilation; the role of rational drug use in pregnancy and the role of ebenine in the protection of maternal and fetal health has been examined in the light of the literature.
