Bir Fonksiyonel Besin Olan Kurt Üzümünün Sağlık Üzerine Yararları: Bir Gözden Geçirme

Abstract



Yapılan
çalışmalar, beslenmenin sağlık üzerindeki önemli etkisini açık bir şekilde
göstermiştir. Bu çalışmalar ile birlikte hastalıklardan korunmaya yardımcı ve
yaşam kalitesini artırıcı etkisi bulunan fonksiyonel besinler önem kazanmıştır.
Fonksiyonel besinler ruhsal, bedensel ve fizyolojik sağlığın korunmasında ve
geliştirilmesinde önem arz etmektedirler. Bir fonksiyonel besin olan goji
berrynin; kanser riskini azaltma, obesiteden koruma, hipoglisemik ve
hipolipidemik etki, retina hücrelerini koruma, depresyon ve anksiyete benzeri
davranışlarda düşüşe sebep olma gibi sağlık açısından birçok yararı mevcuttur.
Bu makalede goji berryden ve goji berynin sağlık açısından yaralarından
bahsedilmiştir.
