Septorinoplasti sonrası laringospazma bağlı gelişen negatif basınçlı pulmoner ödem: olgu sunumu

Abstract

Negatif basınçlı pulmoner ödem (NBPÖ), üst hava yolu obstrüksiyonuna zorlu inspiratuar cevap sonucu meydana gelen nonkardiyojenik tipteki pulmoner ödem tablosudur. Erken müdahale edilmediği takdirde morbidite ve mortalite oranı yüksek seyreden genel anestezinin nadir bir komplikasyonu olarak gösterilmektedir. Çalışmamızda septorinoplasti operasyonu uygulanan otuz beş yaşındaki genç erkek hastada ekstübasyon sonrası erken dönemde gelişen laringospazma bağlı NBPÖ’in tanı ve tedavi yaklaşımlarının sunulması amaçlanmıştır.
