Abstract

Dyke-Davidoff-Masson Sendrom’u (DDMS), ilk olarak Dyke ve arkadaşları tarafından bildirilmiş serebral hemiatrofi, kontralateral hemiparezi ve epilepsi ile karakterize klinik bir antitedir. İlk kez 1933 yılında tanımlanan hastalık, konjenital ve kazanılmış birçok nedene bağlı olarak ortaya çıkabilmektedir. Bu olgu bildirisinde, 10 yaşında, 8 yıl önce bir kez febril konvülsiyon atağı geçirmiş DDMS’lu kız çocuğu tartışılmıştır.
