MİYOKARD PERFÜZYON SİNTİGRAFİSİNİN UYGULANMASI VE KARDİYOLOJİDE KULLANIMI

Abstract

Miyokard perfüzyon sintigrafisi (MPS), koroner arter hastalığında temel görüntüleme yöntemi haline gelmiştir. Günümüzde MPS; tanı, risk değerlendirmesi, canlı doku var- lığı ve sol ventrikül fonksiyonlarının değerlendirilmesi de dahil koroner kalp hastalığının tüm aşamalarının değerlendirilmesi için kullanışlıdır. Bu makalenin amacı; görüntüleme protokolleri, stres protokolleri ve koroner arter hastalığında uygulama alanları da dahil miyokard perfüzyon sintigrafisinin kardiyoloji pratiğindeki yerinin gözden geçirmektir.

ABSTRACT

Myocardial perfusion scintigraphy (MPS) has become established as the main functional cardiac imaging method for coronary artery disease. It is currently appropriate for all aspects of detecting and managing coronary heart disease, including diagnosis, risk assessment and stratification, assessment of myocardial viability, and evaluation of left ventricular function. The purpose of this article was to review myocardial perfusion scintigraphy in cardiology practice including imaging protocols, stres protocols and main application fields.
