Abstract
Pilomatriksoma kıl folükülü matriksinden köken alan benign, kalsifiye ender bir tümördür. Bu yazıda trikilemmal kist ile karıştırılan ve patolojik incelemede pilomatriksoma olduğu anlaşılan olgu sunulmak istenmiştir. Hasta 21 yaşında erkek hasta olup sol medial orbital bölgedeki kitle için plastik cerrahi polikliniğine müracat etti. Hasta lezyonun yaklaşık 1 yıldır var olduğunu ifade etmekteydi. Hastaya lokal anestezi altında eksizyonel biyopsi ameliyatı yapıldı. Patolojik inceleme sonucu pilomatriksoma olarak rapor edildi. Ameliyat sonrası cerrahi komplikasyon gelişmeyen hasta ayaktan takibe alındı.

Abstract
Pilomatrixoma is a rare tumor arises from hair matrix. Here, we presented a case of pilomatrixoma misdiagnosed with trichillemmal cyst. 21-year-old man was admitted to plastic surgery due to medial orbital mass. His lesion was persisted for one year. Patient was operated under local anesthesia. After pathologic examination, this mass was reported as a pilomatrixoma. No complication was seen postoperatively and patient has been followed by outpatient.
