Effectiveness Of Hypnotic Reprocessing Therapy In Anxiety Due To Negative Life Experiences: Case Report
Abstract
Anxiety is the reaction to situations perceived as stressful or dangerous often encountered by physicians. High levels of anxiety affects the patient's life in a negative way, resulting in a decrease in functionality. This case aims to introduce the applicability of Hypnotic Reprocessing Therapy (HRT) in generalized anxiety disorder due to negative life experiences. This study examined the case of a 38-year-old woman who worked as a medical staff member and had high levels of anxiety. 1 session 1.5 set of HRT has been applied to the case who had been negative cognitions and negative childhood experiences. As a result of the theraphy, it has been observed that the relaxation had increased and the anxiety scores had decreased. It should be noted that more notices should be taken into account to be able to understand the efficiency of the HRT in anxiety.

Olumsuz Yaşam Deneyimlerine Bağlı Anksiyetede Hipnotik Yeniden İşleme Terapisinin Etkinliği: Olgu Sunumu
Abstract
Kaygı ve bunaltı olarak da adlandırılan anksiyete hekimler tarafından sıklıkla karşılaşılan, hastada stresli ve tehlikeli olarak algılanan durumlara tepki olarak ortaya çıkan bir durumdur. Aşırı düzeyde yaşanılan anksiyete hastanın yaşantısını olumsuz yönde etkileyerek işlevselliğin düşmesine sebep olmaktadır. Bu olguda olumsuz yaşam deneyimlerine bağlı anksiyetenin tedavisinde alternatif olarak kullanılabilecek Hipnotik Yeniden İşleme Terapisi’nin (HYT) etkinliğini ortaya koyma amaçlanmıştır. Bu çalışmada 38 yaşında sağlık personeli olarak çalışan ve anksiyete düzeyi yüksek bir kadın olgu incelenmiştir. Olumsuz bilişleri ve olumsuz çocukluk yaşantıları olan hastaya anamnez ve değerlendirme seansları haricinde toplam 1 seans 1.5 set HYT uygulanmıştır. Uygulama sonrasında hastada gevşemenin ve rahatlamanın gerçekleşmesinin yanı sıra ölçek puanlarında da skorların düştüğü tespit edilmiştir. HYT’nin anksiyetede etkinliğinin daha iyi anlaşılabilmesi için daha fazla çalışmanın bildirilmesine ihtiyaç olduğu düşünülmektedir.
