Kene çiçeği ile öz kıyım girişimi: olgu sunumu

Abstract

Öz kıyım girişimi; kişinin kendi hayatını sonlandırmak amacı ile yaptığı fakat ölümle sonlanmayan eylemlerdir. Psikiyatrik hastalığın olması, stresli yaşam olayları, çocukluk döneminde yaşanan travmalar gibi pek çok risk faktörü olduğu bildirilmektedir. En sık kullanılan yöntemler tamamlanmış öz kıyımlarda ası ve ateşli silah ilk sırada iken öz kıyım girişimleri için ise ilaç alımı ilk sırada yer almaktadır. Olgumuzda “acı çekerek ölmek” amacı internet üzerinden temin ettiği “kene çiçeği tohumu” içen bir kadın hasta tartışılacaktır.
