Transkateter Mitral Balon Valvuloplasti Esnasında Gelişen Sağ Süperior Pulmoner Ven Rüptürünün Cerrahi Tedavisi
Abstract
Akut romatizmal ateş sonrası romatizmal kalp hastalıkları özellikle gelişmekte olan ülkelerde halen önemli
bir sağlık sorunudur. Mitral kapak romatizmal kalp hastalığı olgularının büyük kısmında etkilenmektedir. En
sık görülen lezyon ise mitral stenozdur. Günümüzde mitral stenozun tedavisinde perkütan yöntemle
valvuloplasti (Perkütan Transvenöz Mitral Kommissurotomi = PTMC) tekniği, bu hasta grubunda önemli bir
tedavi seçeneğidir. Bu teknik daha az invaziv olması nedeniyle bu tür hastalarda öncelikli yapılması gereken
işlemdir. Bu yazıda ileri mitral darlığı olan 32 yaşındaki kadın hastada perkütan valvuloplasti sırasında sol
atriyum yaralanması gelişen ve acil cerrahi girişimde bulunulan bir olgu sunulması amaçlandı.

Right Superior Pulmonary Vein Rupture Occurred The Surgical Treatment During Transcatheter Mitral Balloon Valvuloplasty
Abstract
Rheumatic heart diseases followin Acut Rheumatic Fewer is stil an important health problem especially in
growing countries. Mitral valve is affected in most cases of rheumatic heart diseases. Mitral stenosis is the
mostly encountered entity. Nowadays in mitral stenosis thereapy percutaneous valvuloplasty technic
(Percutaneous Transvenous Mitral Commisurotomy) in this patient group is an important therapy choice.
This technique is less invasive because it needs to be done in such patients is a priority. In this study we
intended to present a case report, 32 years old woman with advanced mitral stenosis during percutaneous
valvuloplasty left atrium was injured and emergent surgical correction was applied.
