Abstract

Özet

Kasların primer hidatik kist hastalığı oldukça nadir görülmektedir. Operasyon öncesi değerlendirilmesi ve fark edilmesi, kistin ruptüre olması ve kist içeriğinin yayılmasını önlemek açısından önemlidir. Bu sunulan olguda adduktor femoralis, rektus femoralis ve sartorius kasını tutmuş olan primer hidatik kist saptanan bir hasta tartışılmıştır.

Abstract

Primary hydatid cysts of the muscle are very rare. Preoperative evaluation and recognition of a hydatid cyst is critical because of rupture and spreading of the cyst contents.Here a case of primary hydatid cyst affecting the adductor femoralis, rectus femoralis and sartorius muscle is presented, clinical and pathological findings are described.
