Abstract



Türkiye’de yıllar geçtikçe artan
nüfus ile beraber hastanelere ve özelliklede acillere başvuran hasta sayısı
artmaktadır. Tatil dönemlerinde polikliniklerin
kapalı olması ile beraber acil servislere olan başvurular artmaktadır. Bu tatil
dönemlerinde ayaktan başvuruların yanı sıra dış merkezlerden ve 112 ile olan başvurularda
da artış olmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı uzun tatil
dönemlerinin acil servis yoğunluğuna etkisini göstermek ve olası önlemleri
tartışmaktır.
