The Value Of Complete Blood Count Parameters In The Predicting Lymphovascular Space Invasion in Endometrial Cancer Stage IA Grade 1 And Grade 2 Patients

Year 2019, Volume: 16 Issue: 2, 74 - 77, 01.04.2019

Abstract

Aim: Evaluation the value of complete blood count parameters to predict lymphovascular space invasion LVSI in the patients with stage 1a G1 / G2 endometrial cancer.Material and Methods: Patients who were operated with the diagnosis of endometrial cancer in our hospital between the years of 2012-2017 and whose tumor was found to be stage 1A G1 / G2 retrospectively studied. A total of 231 patients, including 17 LVSI positive and 214 LVSI negative, were included in the study. The association of LVSI positivity with age, menopausal status, tumor grade, tumor diameter, and complete blood count parameters was assessed. Results: The LVSI positive group and the LVSI negative group were similar in terms of mean age , menopausal status and number of removed lymph nodes. In the LVSI positive group, the mean tumor size was larger and the ratio of G2 tumor was found to be significantly higher respectively p=0,019, p

Endometrium Kanseri Evre IA Grade I Grade 2 Hastalarda Tam Kan Sayımı Parametrelerinin Lenfovasküler Alan İnvazyonunu Öngörmedeki Değeri

Year 2019, Volume: 16 Issue: 2, 74 - 77, 01.04.2019
