Intra-Amniotic Band And Similar Linear Echogenities In Obstetric Ultrasonography

Abstract

Linear echogenic structures in the gestational sac affect the prognosis of pregnancy, so differential diagnosis is important. Most of the band-like echogenic linear structures are benign uterine synechiaes that are not clinically relevant. Circumvallate plasenta may rarely seen. Circumvallate placenta is associated with hemorrhage and preterm delivery, but if ultrasonography has suspected circumvallate placenta, the prognosis is generally good. Amniotic band syndrome is a very rare condition, but it may be associated with poor outcomes due to the developmental potential of serious anatomical abnormalities.

Obstetrik Ultrasonografide İntra-Amniyotik Bant ve Benzeri Lineer Ekojeniteler

Abstract

Gebelik kesesindeki bant ve benzeri lineer ekojen yapılar gebelik prognozunu etkiler, bu nedenle ayırıcı tanı önemlidir. Bant benzeri ekojen lineer yapıların büyük çoğunluğu, klinik olarak önemi olmayan benign uterin sineşilerdir. Daha seyrek olarak, sirkumvallat plasenta görülür. Sirkumvallat plasentanın kanama ve preterm doğumla ilişkisi klinik önem taşır, ancak ultrasonografide sirkümvallat plasenta şüphesi varsa, prognoz genellikle iyidir. Amniyotik bant sendromu çok nadir görülen bir durumdur, ancak ciddi anatomik anormalliklerin gelişim potansiyeline bağlı olarak kötü sonuçlarla ilişkili olabilir.
