Abstract

Tüm gebeliklerin, farklı gebelik haftalarında spontan düşük riski % 15-20’dir. Düşük örneklerinde kromozom anomalisi sıklığı % 50-60 arasında değişmektedir. Geriye dönük olarak planlanan bu çalışmada laboratuarımıza gelen düşük örneklerinde gözlenen sitogenetik anomaliler değerlendirildi. Samsun ve çevresinden 2006-2009 tarihleri arasında sitogenetik laboratuarımıza gönderilen, çoğunluğu ilk trimester düşüğü olan toplam110 düşük materyaline doku kültürü yapıldı. Elde edilen kromozomlara GTG (Tripsin-Gimza) bantlama uygulanarak karyotip analizleri yapıldı. Sitogenetik inceleme yapılan düşük materyallerinin 83 (% 75,5)’ünde normal kromozom yapısı gözlenirken, 12 (% 11)’sinde anöploidi, 6 (% 5,4)’sında mozaik anöploidi, 4 (% 3,6)’ünde poliploidi, 2 (%1,8)’sinde mozaik poliploidi, 2 (% 1,8)’sinde translokasyon ve 1 (% 0,9)’inde inversiyon gözlenmiştir. Çalışmamız, bölgemizde ilk kez yapılıyor olması ve düşüklerdeki kromozom anomalisi sıklığının saptanması açısından önemlidir. Düşük örneklerinde sitogenetik incelemenin yapılması ve aileye genetik danışmanlık verilmesi sonraki gebelikler için dikkatli olunmasını sağlayacaktır.
