Down syndrome in both dichorionic twins

Abstract

Prenatal diagnosis of Down syndrome in multiple gestations poses serious problem. The use of screening modalities is limited, diagnostic procedures are more complicated, and the management of discordant results may be required. Although it is risky amniocentesis conclusive. Our contribution is to share a case that it seen rarely.

Abstract

Çoğul gebeliklerde Down sendromunun prenatal tanı ciddi sorun teşkil etmektedir. Tarama yöntemlerinin kullanımı sınırlı olduğundan, tanı yöntemleri daha karmaşık ve yönetimi çelişkili sonuçlar doğurabilir. Bunun kesin tanısı riskli olmasına rağmen amniyosentezdir. Bu makalede nadir görülen bir durumu paylaşmak istedik.
