Endometrium kanserinde nötrofil/lenfosit oranının ve platelet endekslerinin değerlendirilmesi

Year 2018, Volume: 10 Issue: 3, 307 - 311, 30.09.2018

Abstract

Amaç:
Jinekolojik kanserler arasında en sık görüleni endometrium
kanseridir.

Hemoglobin, ortalama platelet
volümü ve Platelet dağılım genişliği değerleri malign grupta istatistiksel
olarak anlamlı derecede yüksek saptandı (p<0,05).

Sonuç: Çalışmamızda elde ettiğimiz sonuçlar bize; inflamasyonun,
platelet aktivitesini arttırarak endometrium kanserine zemin hazırlayabileceğini
düşündürdü.

Evaluation of neutrophil / lymphocyte ratio and platelet indexes in endometrium cancer

Year 2018, Volume: 10 Issue: 3, 307 - 311, 30.09.2018

Abstract

Aim:
Endometrium cancer is the most common
ly seen
gynecologic cancer.
As in all the cancer processes,
chronic inflammation plays an etiological role.

Material
and Method:
The study included a total of 105 patients. Three
groups
each
consisting
35 patients are formed. Based
on the results of endometrial sampling, the
patients are groped as benign,
hyperplasia and malignant
. Differences of
hematologic parameters between the groups w
ere
investigated.

Results: There
was no statistically significant difference between
the groups
in terms of neutrophil, lymphocyte,
and platelet count,
neutrophil/lymphocyte
ratio and
platelet/lymphocyte ratio
(p>0.05).
Hemoglobin, mean platelet volume and platelet distribution width values
were
found statistically significantly higher in the malignant group (p<0.05).

Conclusion: As a result; inflammation may increase platelet
activity and provide
a basis for endometrial cancer.
