PATOLOJİK MİGRASYON SONUCU MEYDANA GELEN DİASTEMALARIN ELİMİNASYONU: 2 OLGU SUNUMU

Abstract

Patolojik
diş migrasyonu, normal okluzal ilişki içerisinde bulunan dişlere anormal
kuvvetler geldiğinde dişlerin pozisyonlarında meydana gelen değişmeye denir. Bu
vaka raporunda, 17 yaşındaki kadın hastanın alt keser dişlerinde ve 39
yaşındaki kadın hastanın da üst keser dişlerinde meydana gelen patolojik
migrasyonun, uygulanan periodontal tedavilerden sonra spontane bir şekilde
elimine olması sunulmaktadır. İlk olgu da hasta; dişeti kanaması, alt dişlerde
sallanma, ağız kokusu ve estetik şikâyetlerle kliniğimize başvurmuştur. Yapılan
muayene sonucunda hastanın ağız hijyeninin yetersiz olduğu, ağız solunumunun
var olduğu ve anterior bölgedeki dişetlerinde ödem, sondlamada kanama olduğu gözlemlenmiştir.
İkinci olgu da hasta; dişeti kanaması ve dişlerde sallanma şikâyetleriyle
kliniğimize başvurmuştur. Yapılan muayene sonucunda ağız hijyeninin yetersiz
olduğu, sondlamada kanama ve derin ceplerin var olduğu gözlemlenmiştir.
Uygulanan tedavilerin sonucunda, periodontal açıdan arzu edilen ağız hijyen
düzeyi ve sağlıklı durumun elde edildiği ve diastemaların kendiliğinden
kapandığı gözlenmiştir.
