Abstract
46 yaşında multipar, disparoni şikayeti ile polikliniğimize başvuran hastanın, yapılan jinekolojik muayenesinde yaklaşık 3 cm çaplı vajinal solid kitle saptanması üzerine, vajinal kitle eksizyonu yapılmıştır. Materyalin patolojik inceleme sonucu vajinal leiomyom olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Olgu literatürde nadir rastlanan vajinal lokalizasyonlu myom için çarpıcı bir örnektir.
ABSTRACT
46-year-old multiparous patient who has been referred with dyspauronia has been evaluated. A solid vaginal mass about 3 cm was detected with gynecological examination and vaginal mass exicion has been done. The result of the pathological examination of the material was vaginal leiomyoma. This case is a rare striking example for vaginal localized fibroids in literature.
