Dört Natal ve Neonatal Diş Vakası ve Klinik Yönetimi: Olgu Sunumu

Öz

Natal ve Neonatal dişler doğumdan hemen sonra veya doğumu takip eden 30 gün içerisinde yenidoğanın ağzında görülen dişlerdir. Oldukça nadir görülen durumlar olmasına karşın, yenidoğanda sebep olduğu diskomfor ve ebeveynlerde oluşturduğu endişe ve basitten ciddiye kadar değişen komplikasyonlarıyla önemli olgulardır. Başta diş hekimleri olmak üzere, pediatri hekimleri ve yenidoğan hemşirelerinin ve ilgili diğer profesyonellerin natal ve neonatal dişler hakkında bilgi sahibi olması, teşhisten tedaviye varan klinik yönetime hakim olması morbiditenin azaltılması hususunda önem arz etmektedir. Bu olgu sunumunda kliniğimize başvuran 4 natal ve neonatal diş vakasının klinik yönetiminden bahsedilmiş ve güncel literatürle karşılaştırması yapılmıştır.

Öz

Natal and Neonatal teeth are teeth that appear in the mouth of a newborn immediately after birth or within 30 days of birth. Although they are very rare conditions, they are important cases with their complications ranging from simple to serious, as well as the anxiety they cause in newborn and parents. It is important for dentists, pediatricians, neonatal nurses and other related professionals to have knowledge about natal and neonatal teeth and their clinical management from diagnosis to treatment for reduce morbidity. In this case report, the clinical management of four natal and neonatal teeth cases who applied to our clinic was mentioned and compared with the current literature.
