Kumlu ve Reyhanlı (Hatay)’da yayılış gösteren Miksomisetler

Öz

Bu çalışma 2015-2017 yılları arasında, Kumlu ve Reyhanlı ilçesinde 10 farklı lokaliteden toplanan örnekler üzerinde yapılmıştır. Örnekler; çeşitli yaprak ve ağaç kabukları, ağaç döküntüleri, çürümüş veya çürümemiş bitkisel materyallerden elde edilmiştir. Toplanan tüm numunelere nem odası tekniği uygulanmış ve cıvık mantar sporoforları geliştirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bununla beraber doğal ortamında gelişmiş olan miksomisetler de toplanmıştır. Arazi ve laboratuvar çalışmaları sonucu elde edilen örneklerden 7 familya ve 13 cinse ait toplam 31 tür tespit edilmiştir.

Myxomycetes of Kumlu and Reyhanlı districts of Hatay/Turkey province

Öz

This study has been made on the specimens which were obtained from 10 different station areas of Kumlu and Reyhanlı in 2015-2017. The samples were gathered from leaves, barks, litterfalls, decayed or unspoilt plant materials. It was tried to develop myxomycetes sporophores by applying Moist Chamber Culture to collected samples. In addition myxomycetes which grew up in their natural environments were obtained. As a result of field and laboratory studies, 31 taxa belonging to 7 families and 13 genera were identified.
