Öz

Desmoid tümörler tüm vücuttaki musküloaponörotik dokulardan gelişebilen benign histolojik karakterde fibröz tümörlerdir. Lokal ilerleyerek agresif seyir göstermelerine karşın metastaz özellikleri yoktur. Abdominal duvar, yakın ekstremite kısımları ve özellikle familial adenomatöz polipozisi olanlarda barsak mezenteri tümörün sıklıkla görüldüğü yapılardır. Bu çalışmada karnının sağ üst kısmında kitle ile başvuran ve ameliyat sonrası abdominal desmoid tümör tanısı konan 27 yaşında kadın olguyu sunuyoruz.
