Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Öğretmenlerinin Fiziksel Aktivite Düzeylerinin Mesleki Tükenmişlik Düzeylerine Etkisi

Öz

Amaç:Çalışmanın
amacı Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Öğretmenlerinin fiziksel aktivite düzeylerinin
mesleki tükenmişlik düzeylerine olan etkisini ölçmektir.

Materyal ve Yöntem: Bursa,
Kocaeli, Balıkesir, Yalova, Bilecik ve Çanakkale illerinde görev yapan toplam 250
beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeninin katılımı ile anket çalışması yapılmıştır.
Elde edilen veriler SPSS (Versiyon 22,0) programına girilerek veri analizi
yapılmıştır. Çalışmada analizler tanımlayıcı istatistik kullanılarak
yapılmıştır.

Bulgular: Fiziksel
aktivite mesleki tükenmişliğin alt boyutu olan başarı boyutu üzerinde çok zayıf
ve pozitif düzeydeetki yaparken duygusal tükenme ve duyarsızlaşma boyutları
üzerinde zayıf ve negatif düzeyde etki yaptığı tespit edilmiştir. 







Sonuç: Bütün literatür
çalışmalarında da tespit edildiği üzere fiziksel aktivite arttıkça mesleki
tükenmişlik az da olsa azalmaktadır.
