Öz
Romatoid artrit el ve ayakların küçük eklemleri başta olmak üzere tüm sinovyal eklemleri simetrik olarak tutan, yorgunluk, halsizlik, ateş gibi konstitusyonel semptomların da eşlik ettiği kronik inflamatuvar romatizmal bir hastalıktır. Literatürde romatoid artritte tekrarlayan perikondrit atakları nadirde olsa bildirilmiştir. Biz bu yazıda, tekrarlayan perikondrit atakları olan romatoid artritli bir hasta sunduk.

Öz
Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic disease which involve synovial joints symmetrically, mainly small joints of hand and foot, and cause constitutional symptoms such as fatigue, tiredness, fever. In the literature, relapsing perichondritis episodes have though rare been reported in rheumatoid arthritis so far. This case was presented due to relapsing perichondritis episodes in a patient with rheumatoid arthritis.
