Aşırı Niteliklilik Algılanan Aşırı Niteliklilik Kişi-İş Uyumu Eksik İstihdam
Perceived overqualification is defined as the individual perception of individuals to have more qualifications than job requirements. Perceived overqualification which is considered as a multidimensional concept, and its relation with various variables are important issues of interest in recent years. The overqualification perception of the employees occurs depending on various factors and causes some behaviors and attitudes in the employees. Extreme qualification brings along various health problems in individuals. Therefore, overqualification emerges as an issue that should be emphasized both for individuals and organizations. In the study, firstly, the theoretical foundations of the overquality perception, the antecedents and results of the overquality perception are explained. Then, evaluations of some studies considered within the scope of Turkish literature review are included and some suggestions are made within the scope of the study.
