Tiroid cerrahisinde nadir bir komplikasyon olan özofagus yaralanması: olgu sunumu

Özet
39 yaşındaki kadın hasta polikliniğimize boğazda ağrı, yutkunma zorluğu şikâyeti ile başvurdu. Bir gün önce başka bir merkezde sol total lobektomi yapılmış olan hasta, operasyon sonrası ses kısıklığı, yutma güçlüğü, boğaz ağrısı olması üzerine polikliniğimizde görüldü. Yapılan kontrastlı özofagografide özofagokutanöz fistül ile uyumlu görüntü tespit edildi. Oral alım kesildi. 15 gün boyunca total parenteral beslenme ve antibiyotik tedavisi uygulandı. Hasta yatışının 17.gününde iyileşerek taburcu edildi. Perforasyon nedenini litaratürde araştırıldı. İatrojenik nedenlerin cerrahiden daha çok, başarısısız zor entübasyona bağlı geliştiği görüldü.

Abstract
A 39 years old female patient referred to the hospital with complaints of sore throat and swallow difficulty. The patient who had undergone left total lobectomy one day ago, referred to our outpatient clinic because of that hoarseness, swallow difficulty and sore throat were developed after the operation. On the performed contrasts esophagography, a image was detected which in accordant with esophagocutaneus fistule. Oral intake was stopped. The parenteral feeding and antibiotic terapy were administered for 15 day. The patient, with get better, was dischagred at the 17 days after admit. The cause of perforation was investigated in literature. It was observed that iatrogenic causes has been developing dependently on ineffective and difficult intubation rather than surgery.
