Kardiyak invazyon gösteren hepatosellüler karsinom: olgu sunumu
Abstract
Özet
Hepatosellüler karsinom (HSK) karaciğerin en sık görülen primer malign tümörüdür. Tedavi uygulanmayan hastalarda ortalama sağ kalım 9 ay olup, prognozu oldukça kötüdür. HSK olgularının %71'inde karaciğer içinde tümör progresyonu, %21'inde makrovasküler invazyon, %9'unda da karaciğer dışına yayılımın meydana geldiği bildirilmektedir. Bu çalışmada vena cava inferior ve kardiak invazyon yapmış olan HSK olgusu sunuldu.

Abstract
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the most frequent primary malignant neoplasm of the liver. Prognosis is very dismal, with a median survival of 9 months. The frequencies of intrahepatic, macrovascular and extrahepatic invasions of HCC are 71%, 21% and 9%, respectively. A HCC patient with vena cava inferior and cardiac invasions is presented in this article.
