Streptokoksik tonsillit sonrası gelişen akut palmoplantar püstüler döküntü: olgu sunumu
Abstract
Özet
Akut palmoplantar püstülozis (PPP), kronik PPP ve püstüler psoriyazis arasındaki ilişki halen tartışmalıdır. Literatürde tonsillit, sinüzit ve farenjit gibi bir üst solunum yolu enfeksiyonu sonrası gelişen olgu sunumları mevcuttur. Akut olguların prognozunun daha iyi olması nedeniyle akut ve kronik PPP olgularının ayırıcı tanısını yapmak önemlidir. Burada literatürde nadir görülen tonsillit sonrası gelişmiş olan bir akut PPP olgusu sunulmuştur.

Abstract
The relationship between acute palmoplantar pustulosis (PPP), chronic PPP and pustular psoriasis is disputable. There are case reports which starts after an upper respiratory tract infection like tonsillitis, sinusitis, pharyngitis. It is important to make the differantial diagnosis of acute PPP and chronic PPP as the prognosis of acute PPP is generally good. In this paper we present an acute palmoplanlantar pustulosis case report which starts after tonsillitis and seen quite rare in literature.
