Article Uploading Guide

In order for your article to be accepted to our journal, special attention should be paid to the following points.

1. Before uploading your article, make sure that you have read and applied all the articles of the PUBLICATION PRINCIPLES.
2. Prepare your article using the ARTICLE TEMPLATE. Make sure that the features specified in the template are preserved. After placing your article on the template, delete only the yellow notes. (If your article is accepted, it will be published as submitted. Therefore, it is mandatory and important to follow the template).
3. Upload the ANONYMOUS(UNNAMED) file of your article as FULL TEXT. You can upload the NAMED file as an ADDENDUM FILE.
4. Make sure that the naming of the anonymous word file you uploaded to the system does not contain any name, surname or any naming that will evoke the author.
5. Pay the application fee to the account provided and upload the bank receipt to the system during the application. The fee must be paid by the Corresponding Author and indicate the name of the article in the description section of the receipt.
6. If revision is requested, please edit both the NAMED and ANONYMOUS manuscripts and upload them as a new revised version on top of the previous files. Do not create separate additional files.
7. If revision is requested, be sure to show the revisions you have made and the referee suggestions that you could not realize with the reasons in the REFEREES' CORRECTION SCHEDULE. Upload this file as an additional file at the revision stage.
8. If revision is requested, be sure to update the Article Metadata section on the DergiPark page after each revision you make. It is the author's responsibility to update the information here and to ensure that the article is in its final form.
9. Problems you may encounter or mistakes made during article uploading are beyond the responsibility of our journal. Please contact DergiPark Technical Support Unit for assistance.
10. There is a large flow of articles to our journal, and there are many articles in both the evaluation and publication stages. Please be aware that the evaluation and publication process may take time.
11. The reasons for the rejection of articles in the preliminary review are explained in Article 3 of our publication principles. It is not possible to prepare a report, provide detailed information, or explain by e-mail for every article rejected due to overcrowding. In addition, academic journals do not have such an obligation. Please consider the possibility of rejection before uploading your article.
12. It is not considered appropriate to send articles to our journal via e-mail and to communicate about the publication of the article via the personal e-mails and phones of the staff. The stage of your article is presented to you as “Status” information in DergiPark. Please follow the process here and contact DergiPark's message system when necessary.
