Öz
Akyol ve ark. [5] daha önce yaygın papülopüstüler lezyonları ve şiddetli artriti olan ve sistemik izotretinoin tedavisine, yan etki görülmeksizin çok iyi yanıt veren bir Behçet hastalığı olgusu bildirmişlerdi. Bununla birlikte Doğan ve ark. [6] tarafından bildirilen başka bir Behçet’li olguda ise sistemik izotretinoin tedavisi ile keloid gelişmiştir
